NEZZO

FROM FORMULA
TO shelf.

Nezzo draws your formula as a living aura — every material rising, blooming and fading around the body as the hours pass.

Top notes lift off first and fast, the heart opens, the base settles in and lingers. Each strand is a material from the formula, coloured by its odour family and sized by its dose and strength. Its timing isn’t guessed: it comes from how readily each molecule evaporates, measured in the lab wherever that’s been published. Change a gram and you’ll see the difference.

Build in percent, or straight off the scale.

Start from 2,100+ catalogue materials or add your own. Bring in an existing formula from a PDF or a photo, save accords to reuse, and ask the built-in assistant when you're stuck. Step a material up and down in a trial series, watch the cost per kilo as you go, and compare versions in a blind test.

Weigh it step by step. Keep the record.

Lab Mode walks the scale with you line by line — connect your precision balance and each reading fills itself in. Scan a bottle's QR code to be sure it's the right one, hear the next step read out, and get a warning when an amount is too small for your scale. Each batch deducts its stock and a timer tells you when it has finished macerating.

04 — Stockists

Get your perfume into shops.

Start from 4,087 perfume shops and distributors in 129 countries, from OpenStreetMap and the stockist lists of 50 niche houses — each shop shows the brands it already carries. Find distributors by territory and the fairs worth the trip. For each shop Nezzo drafts a short, personal pitch in its language, sent from your own email, then keeps track of who you've written to and when to follow up. When a shop says yes, send the line sheet and handle wholesale or consignment orders, invoices and packing slips.

( Our data )

Limits and allergen lists are imported from the official texts, and materials carry CAS numbers from PubChem and supplier data. Nothing in the compliance checks is estimated or invented — where a figure isn’t published, Nezzo doesn’t make one up.

A checklist for each market

Choose where you sell and Nezzo lists every step that market asks of you — a Responsible Person and CPNP notification in the EU, FDA listing in the US, NMPA filing in China — with the regulator one click away.

Ticked off from your formula

Steps Nezzo can check — IFRA limits, banned substances, allergens, the PIF, the label — tick themselves, and you're warned when a formula change means one needs another look.

Labels in the local language

A label laid out for each market's rules, worded in its language. Have the wording checked once and Nezzo keeps it for every product.

A pack for your importer

Product summary, ingredient list, allergen and IFRA statements, the banned-substance check and the label text, ready to send to a distributor or responsible person.

Shipping, sorted

The dangerous-goods class and HS codes for each product, a draft safety data sheet and a shipping invoice — plus your suppliers' CoAs, SDSs and IFRA certificates kept on file.

Kept current

Every market shows when its rules were last checked against the regulator and when they're next due, and known changes are flagged before they arrive. Email reminders catch the deadlines.

( Questions )
Do I need to install anything?

No. Nezzo runs in the browser on a computer or tablet. Your formulas are saved to your account, so they're there wherever you sign in.

Are my formulas private?

Yes. Formulas are stored against your account and only you can open them. Nothing is shared unless you choose to — a QR link to a formula, or a preview link for a client.

Which countries can I sell to with Nezzo?

There are checklists for 20 markets covering 79 countries, from the EU, UK and US to China, Japan and the Gulf, plus a basic checklist for anywhere else. They tell you what each market requires; the regulator's decision and a qualified safety assessor still have the final word.

Where does the list of shops come from?

From two public sources: perfume shops mapped on OpenStreetMap, and the stockist lists that niche perfume houses publish on their own websites — 4,087 shops and distributors to start with. Pro members can add the shops they know, and mark the ones that suit indie brands. Nezzo never emails anyone for you: pitches go from your own email, one at a time, and every one includes a line to opt out.

How accurate is the aura?

Its timing is grounded in chemistry. How quickly a material leaves the skin depends mostly on its vapour pressure — how readily it evaporates — so Nezzo works it out from that for over 1,100 materials: from lab measurements for about 600 of them, and otherwise from the boiling point, the manufacturer's published data or the molecule's structure. The results were checked against the smelling-strip times manufacturers publish. Where none of that exists, as with many naturals and bases, a material uses a typical value for its odour family, and its details say so. How strong each material smells is still an estimate, because the data that would need isn't published. So treat the aura as a well-founded guide to the shape of a dry-down — what lifts first, what carries the heart, what lasts. Your nose still has the final word.

Do I need the kits to take the course?

No. Every lesson stands on its own. The kits list the materials and equipment for the hands-on exercises at each level, so you can source them from any supplier — and add them to your stock in one step once you have them.
