Billing
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever your work changes. Formulas, inventory and history stay put; only feature access changes.
- Is there a trial on Pro?
- The Free tier is the trial — it's not time-limited, so you can test the core tool for as long as you like before upgrading.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Formulas, batches and strip tests beyond a lower tier's limits stay read-only until you're back within them or upgrade again.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — any payment, monthly or yearly, within 14 days of being charged. After that you can cancel any time and Pro runs to the end of the period you've paid for. See the Refund Policy.
- Who handles the payment?
- Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. It takes the payment, adds the right sales tax or VAT for your country and sends the receipt. Your card details never reach Nezzo.
